Brown Paper Bag’s Collage Scrap Exchange is BACK! I am so excited to start the third installment of the Scrap Exchange.
The Collage Scrap Exchange is open to all. When the sign up period closes, I’ll randomly match you with someone to trade with. You choose what to send. From your scraps on your partner’s scraps, create a collage!
